01About Me

Engineering software with technical rigor & user focus.

I'm a Computer Science student at NTNU with a passion for building software that matters. From distributed systems to machine learning pipelines, I enjoy tackling complex problems with clean, maintainable code.

Currently engineering scalable web applications at Hoggorm Design, shipping production systems that handle real traffic and real users. I believe great software combines technical depth with thoughtful design.

Work Experience

Software Engineer

Hoggorm Design A/S
  • Built scalable web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Sanity CMS
  • Helped reduce bandwidth by 80% for a project
  • Established secure CI/CD pipeline and auto-sync script for datasets

AI/ML Engineer

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace
  • Researched and implemented ML pipelines for anomaly detection in manufacturing using computer vision
  • Worked with real-world industrial datasets, gaining hands-on experience with data quality challenges in production environments
  • Built and evaluated models using PyTorch, OpenCV, and NumPy
  • Presented findings to an audience of 200+ engineers and stakeholders

Full-stack Developer

Cogito
  • Engineered a dynamic event calendar system for the Cogito website
  • Developed frontend with Next.js and backend services using Go

Developer

Studentmediene i Trondheim
  • Continued working on emnr.no, a course review platform
  • Implemented changes to the review form based
  • Implemented a GDPR-compliant privacy consent system end-to-end
  • The website is accessed by 100+ students each semester
  • React-based frontend with a Django backend

Education

M.sc in Computer science

NTNU
  • Focus: Math, Physics, Leadership, Distributed systems, Data mining, AI and Machine learning
  • Developed algorithms for data mining and AI
  • Switched to an engineering degree to gain experience in math and physics relevant for machine learning and data mining

Bachelor in Informatics

NTNU
  • Focus: Frontend, Backend, Databases, Operating systems and Security
  • Developed REST APIs in Java/C# and advanced web applications
  • Bachelor Project with Bouvet focusing on a Online Sheet music website, still working on it part-time

Online Sheet Music Management

My Bachelor project, which I worked on with 6 others. The solution was developed for Heimdal Storband in collaboration with Bouvet ASA. It is a web-based system to simplify how bands manage, organize, and distribute sheet music. Still contributing when I have time, nearly ready for production.

Dungeons and Developers

Explore D&D mechanics: build characters, browse classes, monsters, races, and ability scores with a full GraphQL backend. Developed with my good friends. We received grade A, the feedback was: The platform is highly user-friendly with an intuitive navigation system and a seamless login process. The professor highlighted the effective implementation of filtering, sorting, and search with query suggestions, as well as the 'My Character' section for its high-quality functionality and helpful informational cues.
